How did you come up with the idea for this product?
Having scooped ice cream for years with his children the president of the company, aerospace engineer Michael Chou discovered a more efficient way to speed up the process of delivering hard ice cream. Taking his idea and developing countless redesigns and prototypes, the Midnight was born.
